Our firm designed a modern symbol and an accompanying logotype for Nippon Life Insurance Company (Nissay), the largest life insurance company in Japan. By highlighting the Latin initial, the identity conveys a sense of internationalism, while the shape of the mark retains links to the tradition of Japanese heraldic symbols and calligraphy.
