Flatiron Health

Flatiron is a healthcare technology company providing software and data analytics services to the FDA, cancer researchers, and care providers. Flatiron’s Learning Oncology Platform supports over 260 community oncology practices across the U.S, 10 of the top 12 life science companies and three major academic research centers. Early investors include Google Ventures, First Round Capital, Roche and others.
The new symbol for Flatiron emphasizes the precision and collaboration at the heart of the Flatiron vision. The company relies on its partnerships: between researchers and providers, between technology and oncology, between engineers and physicians. The two diamond partners together form an implied whole hexagon, a stable basic, geometric shape.

In February 2018, Flatiron Health was acquired by Swiss pharmaceutical giant Roche for $1.9 billion. The Flatiron brand, however, will continue to be independent.
“There's no doubt in my mind that the thoughtful design of our brand helped Flatiron reach the level of credibility necessary to achieve this acquisition. Some of the happiest news for all of us is that the Flatiron brand gets to live on. Roche recognizes the strength of our brand and sees it as critical to future success.“
